Riverside Loft Suite: Choice of weekend based upon availability. Auction winner must call within 30 days after date of PAVE auction (by November 17, 2015) to secure reservations.
Additional Fine Print: (contract and damage insurance must be signed and purchased by auction winners - $55). Damage insurance covers up to $1,500 incidentals and accidental damages. A security deposit of $300 is also applied, but is a "hold only" on the credit card and released pending no intentional damages, gross negligence or theft. The deposit is released 7 business days post departure pending any damages as described.
